Full-stack Engineer (Node.js/React)

We are looking for a skilled Full-stack Engineer (Node.js/React) to join our team and help us build a new marketplace platform that integrates with the Stripe Marketplace API and an Ethereum-based blockchain. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to translate high-level requirements into technical tasks and implement them efficiently. 

Project Description: The customer helps oil and gas companies produce clean energy at a profit by using AI and Computer Vision to automate HSE, ESG, & operations

Technical stack: JavaScript Core, Browsers APIs, DOM, CSS, React.js (with hooks), RESTful API, NodeJS, NestJS, Prisma or Sequelize, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Docker, K8S, Helm, Jest

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development 
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, and their associated ecosystems 
• In-depth expertise in JavaScript Core, Browsers APIs, DOM, CSS, React.js (with hooks), RESTful API, NodeJS, NestJS, Prisma or Sequelize, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Docker, K8S, Helm, Jest 
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration 
• Ability to work with a web3 expert to create a simple Ethereum wallet integration 
• Experience with or willingness to quickly learn the Stripe marketplace API 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Nice-to-have Skills: 

• Personal projects or contributions to open-source initiatives 
• Experience working in startup environments 
• Experience in building and deploying scalable applications in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Git, Jenkins, Travis CI) 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies 
• Previous experience working on a marketplace platform

• Implement our marketplace platform using NodeJS and Django for backend and React for frontend 
• Integrate with Stripe Marketplace API to facilitate market transactions 
• Create and maintain technical documentation 
• Ensure high quality, scalable, and secure code 
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive
